DECRETO Nº 380/2021

No dia 25/02/2021 entrou em vigor o novo Decreto municipal sobre COVID-19 que vigorará até o dia 10/03/2021, dispondo sobre medidas restritivas a atividades e serviços para o enfrentamento ao COVID-19, tendo em vista a situação do quadro epidemiológico, há alteração na situação, agora, de Risco Médio de Alerta – Bandeira Laranja. Entendemos que o Decreto é válido para Curitiba e Região Metropolitana.
Aos Condomínios aplicam-se as seguintes determinações:

  1. O uso de máscara é obrigatório por todos que estiverem fora de suas residências, especialmente nas áreas comuns do Condomínio;
  2. Ficam suspensos e devem ser mantidos fechados os cinemas e salões de festas;
    a. Quadras de esportes, piscinas e locais para atividades físicas tem uso permitido, desde que individual, sendo proibido o uso de forma coletiva;
    b. Somente será permitida a prática de atividades individuais ao ar livre, com uso de máscaras, que não envolvam contato físico entre as pessoas, observado o distanciamento social;
    c. Parques infantis podem abrir das 6 às 22 horas, de segunda a sábado, sendo permitida apenas a utilização de equipamentos e brinquedos de uso individual, desde que realizada a assepsia após o uso por cada pessoa, ficando proibido o compartilhamento de brinquedos e demais objetos
  3. Fica proibida a circulação de pessoas, no período das 23 às 5 horas, salvo em razão de atividades ou serviços essenciais e casos de urgência;
  4. Fica vedada a comercialização e o consumo de bebidas alcoólicas no período das 23 às 5 horas em quaisquer locais, sendo permitida nas unidades habitacionais;
  5. Estão proibidos os eventos presenciais, comemorações, assembleias, confraternizações, encontros corporativos, que envolvam contato físico;
  6. As confraternizações ou encontros devem se restringir a pessoas do mesmo grupo familiar, considerando-se como tal as pessoas que convivem no mesmo lar ou residência;
  7. Academias de ginástica para práticas esportivas individuais e espaços pet podem funcionar exclusivamente de segunda a sábado até às 22 horas, com proibição de abertura aos domingos;
  8. Deve ser observada a capacidade máxima de ocupação de todos os espaços mencionados, a fim de garantir o distanciamento mínimo de 1,5 metros entre as pessoas, em todas as direções, considerando a área total disponível para a circulação e o número de frequentadores e funcionários presentes no local.
    O não cumprimento destas determinações dentro do condomínio, sobretudo após a divulgação interna das medidas, acarretará ao infrator as penalidades contidas no regimento interno e convenção, a fim de prevenir eventual multa para o Condomínio, sem prejuízo das medidas judiciais e administrativas cabíveis.
